What's the difference between Event Admins and Event Participants?Event Admins are members of your Dory workspace who can create new events and edit existing ones. An Event Participant is any user who attends your event.
What's the difference between Event Admins and Collaborators?Event Collaborators can be invited to specific events to help manage Q&As, polls, and event details.
Event Admins are members of your workspace who can create new events as well as manage events created by other admins.
What happens if my event exceeds the participant limit?The participant limit refers to the number of unique participants who can join the event, based on your plan. For example, if the limit is 100 participants, then the next person who tries to join the event will not be allowed in.
Can I set up SSO with Okta?Yes, on our Enterprise plan you have the ability to configure your Single Sign-On (SSO) with providers that use SAML like Okta.

When will I be charged for my subscription?You will be billed on the first day of your subscription annually or monthly, depending on the subscription type.
How am I charged for increasing participant seats purchased mid-year?Seats are billed on a pro-rated basis so you only pay for the remainder of your current annual billing cycle.
What is the cancellation policy?You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you won't be charged for future periods, and you'll keep premium benefits until the current subscription period ends.
